About Michelle

Michelle Camp is counsel at Aviso Legal Group, LLP. Michelle is an experienced litigator who has handled all aspects of litigation, from pre-filing to drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, and assisting with trials and appeals in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations and mediations.

Michelle began her career and worked for nearly seven years at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP, where she focused on securities litigation and mass tort litigation. While at Gibson, she also advised clients regarding compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's Green Guides and other environmental marketing laws.

Michelle currently works on a wide variety of litigation matters, including matters involving breach of contract, business torts, unfair competition, false advertising, bad faith, insurance disputes, and trade secrets.
